RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us before sending any return. Approved items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
A flat 8% restocking fee plus an $8 return shipping label applies to all returns. The restocking fee is waived when you choose to exchange your item.
Flash, Sample & 30% Off Items
These items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and must be returned within 7 days. They cannot be combined with other promotions.
Free Gifts
Only one free jewelry gift is included per order. Any free gift must be returned in the event of a return.
Condition & Packaging
All items must be returned in original condition with their original packaging. Missing boxes will incur a $15 fee. Any free gifts received with the order must also be returned.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: custom and personalized/engraved pieces, made-to-order items, body and nose jewelry, all rings, wholesale orders, exchanges, items purchased with store credit, and any altered items (including custom sizing). International sales are also final.
We do not offer price matching on previous promotions.
Flat Back Collection
For sanitary reasons, earring backings cannot be returned. To return an earring from this collection, a $50 fee applies and the customer keeps the backing. No restocking or shipping fees apply to returns and exchanges within this collection.
Cancellations
Made-to-order pieces enter production immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, made-to-order items can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order. After this 2-hour window, an 8% restocking fee will apply to any cancellation, as production has already begun.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
All US fine-jewelry purchases include a complimentary 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects such as loose stones and broken prongs, links, or clasps. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
Tracking information is provided when your order ships via UPS 2nd Day (domestic) or DHL/USPS (international).
Nolita Diamonds is not responsible for stolen or tampered packages. If your order has not arrived, please contact us at help@nolitadiamonds.com and we'll assist with carrier follow-up.
