Please allow processing time for returns


For all returns, there is an 8% restocking fee + $8 for the shipping label. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Please note, all Flash/Sample/30% OFF Sale Items can only be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of delivery


Please contact us BEFORE returning any items. Please do not return items without contacting us first. If the return is approved, please ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

The item MUST be returned in the exact condition it was received with the jewelry box or there will be a $15 fee. Any free gifts with purchase must also be returned in order for your purchase to be eligible for refund.

Items with extended processing times, (indicated in the description of the item) can not be cancelled because they are made to order. Once an order is placed, the item immediately goes into production, no further changes can be made.

Items that are custom, personalized, engraved, body and nose jewelry, wholesale, exchanges, and modified from the original item i.e. custom sizing, items in the uniquely sourced loose diamonds, and Black Friday sales are final sale.

Flash/Sample/30% OFF sale items can not be used with other promotions

2 YEAR WARRANTY 

Nolita Diamonds provides a complimentary 2-year limited warranty with every fine jewelry purchase made within the US. This warranty covers any quality concerns resulting from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing gemstones and diamonds stones, and broken links and clasps. This does not cover normal wear and tear. 

LOST PACKAGE

Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the items ship. We ship UPS 2nd Day for domestic orders and DHL & USPS for International orders. 

We are not responsible for stolen or tampered with packages.

Our customer service team stays on top of all items shipped and will reach out to USPS if needed.
