The item MUST be returned in the exact condition it was received with the jewelry box or there will be a $15 fee.
Items that are custom, personalized, engraved, wholesale, exchanges, and modified from the original item i.e. custom sizing are final sale.

If the return is approved, please ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the items ship. We ship USPS First-Class.
We are not responsible for stolen or tampered with packages.

Our customer service team stays on top of all items shipped and will reach out to USPS if needed. If more than 120 days has passed and your package is still in transit we will issue a refund.
