We are located in Manhattan New York. We offer free USPS shipping on all orders. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. All domestic orders over $300 will receive free UPS 2-Day shipping. We ship via DHL & USPS for International orders

Orders with extended processing times indicated in the listing are made to order. These orders can not be cancelled because once the order is placed, the production team has started on producing the item

RETURNS

Please allow processing time for returns


There will be a 8% restocking fee +$8 shipping label for all returns. The 8% fee will not apply to exchanges. We will provide you with the prepaid shipping label.

Please contact us BEFORE returning any items. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

The item MUST be returned in the exact condition it was received with the jewelry box or there will be a $15 fee.

Items with extended processing times, (indicated in the description of the item) can not be cancelled because they are made to order. Once an order is placed, the item immediately goes into production, no further changes can be made.

Items that are custom, personalized, engraved, rings, wholesale, exchanges, and modified from the original item i.e. custom sizing, items in the Flash Sale (30%-50% off) section of the website, Black Friday sales (11/22/22-11/30/22) are final sale.

Flash sale items can not be used with other promotions 

We do not honor old promotions or price match to current promotions

All international sales are final

If the return is approved, please ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

LOST PACKAGE

Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the items ship. We ship UPS 2nd Day for domestic orders and DHL & USPS for International orders. 

We are not responsible for stolen or tampered with packages.

Due to the current world health crisis- ALL couriers are experiencing severe delays especially for international shipping.

Our customer service team stays on top of all items shipped and will reach out to USPS if needed.
