Orders & shipping

Do you have a NYC showroom I can visit?

Our private office is located in Midtown Manhattan. At this time, we are only taking in person bridal appointments.

When will my order ship?

Most in stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Items indicated as to order ship in 6-8 weeks

Are there any shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. International shipping and expedited domestic shipping options are available at checkout

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to hello@release.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I return my order?
  • Please contact us before sending any return. Approved items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
  • 8% restocking fee + $8 return shipping label on all returns (restocking fee waived for exchanges).
  • Flash/Sample/30% OFF items: exchange or store credit only within 7 days.

  • Black Friday Sale (10/24/25–12/09/25): eligible for store credit only, minus $8 shipping label charge.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging; missing boxes will incur a $15 fee. Any free gifts must be returned.
  • Final Sale: custom, personalized/engraved, made-to-order items, body/nose jewelry, all rings, wholesale, exchanges, items ordered with store credit, and altered items (including custom sizing).
  • Flash/Sample/30% OFF items cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • No price matching on older promotions.
  • International sales are final.
