Are your diamonds certified and ethically sourced?
Yes. Our natural and lab-grown diamonds are conflict-free, ethically sourced, and produced to the highest quality standards. 1.00 ct lab grown diamonds also include an independent IGI diamond grading report.
What materials are your jewelry made from?
Every piece is crafted in solid 14K gold and set with conflict-free, ethically sourced natural or lab-grown diamonds.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments with approved financing partners.
Do you have a NYC showroom I can visit?
Our private office is located in Midtown Manhattan. At this time, we are only taking in person bridal appointments.
When will my order ship?
Most in stock items ship within 1 to 5 business days. Items indicated as to order ship between 2-8 weeks. This information is indicated on the product page
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email hello@nolitadiamonds.com within 2 hours of placing it. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but after that window, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All U.S. fine jewelry purchases include a complimentary 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including loose stones and broken prongs, links, or clasps. Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
