Q: Where are we located?

A: We are located in the Diamond District of New York City

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my Nolita Diamonds purchase?

 A: Most items will ship within 2-6 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders usually take between 2-7 days. If an order will take longer than the expected time, you will be notified immediately via e-mail. We ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS 2nd Day.

 

Q: Expedited Shipping?

A: Expedited shipping is an option at checkout. Please note, although we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time on the order. It only changes the method of shipment. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing unless otherwise stated in the items description.

 

Q: What do I do if I believe my order got lost in transit? 

A: Tracking information is provided to the customer as soon as the item ships. We ship via USPS and UPS.

Our customer service team stays on top of all items shipped and will reach out to the shipping courier if needed.

Q: Do we ship internationally?

 A: Yes, of course! Nolita Diamonds ships worldwide

 

 Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

 A:

  • Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
  • Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat to avoid tangling/scratching
  • To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the gold and diamonds.
